New Rules for Stronger Passwords for CSiCable.Net Email Accounts:
* The Password cannot match the user name
* The Password must be between 6 and 16 characters in length.
* The Password must begin with an alphanumeric character.
* The Password must have at least one alphabetical character.
* The Password must have at least one numeral or one special
character ( ., -, $, @, %, _ ).
* The Password must contain at least 3 different characters.
* The Password may not include common sequences (i.e. 123, abc, xyz).

Instructions:
When you set up your CSiCable.Net Broadband service, you were given a primary email address. That is your "master" login.
The holder of the "master" address (the one that can check Postini spam filter) can add and delete the 2nd through 5th email accounts. The master can change the password on all 5 email accounts. It is usually the person who pays the bill.
Once you set up the 2nd - 5th email accounts, the users of those accounts can change their own password, but they can't do anything on anyone else's.
If you change your "Master" password and then forget, you will have to contact Customer Service for assistance in resetting the password.
Acceptable Use:
The account holder is responsible for all additional email accounts he/she creates. Names with profanity or inappropriate sayings will be deleted by the Help Desk, which monitors name selection. Service for Users attempting to disguish their identity by use of someother person's name may be terminated.
CSiCable.Net emails cannot be resold. CSi Broadband will try to provide all customers where possible with a main email address that is derived from the users name. Extra accounts and vanity names are first come first serve. Because of SPAM, we do not recommend using just a common first name, such as bob@csicable.net
