Cable TV Customer Service Representative-Full Time
Job Description:
Cable Services has an opening for an individual with strong customer service skills and office experience to work in a growing technology business. This is an additional position to join existing staff.
Duties:
· Sort, open & assist in processing mail
· assist with payment entry into computer
· answer phones and route calls
· receive payments from phone, cable & Internet customers
· assist customers with billing, TV, phone,& Internet questions
· schedule of installation and service work in Windows based software
· answer or forward email questions
· demonstrate TV, Phone, and Internet services
· daily interaction with Computer division
· This is not an entry level position
Needed Qualifications:
HS graduate and some college/business school training
2 years previous office or customer service experience -
Good accounting skills - will work with electronic billing, ACH, CC
Strong computer experience and able to use email and Internet
Office equipment experience, fax, copiers, word processing
10 digit keypad entry, speed test available at CSI
Fast learner. Able to handle a variety of tasks
Good communication and clerical skills. Pleasant phone voice
Enjoy customer interaction, on phone and in-person
Reside in CSI Jamestown cable service area
Office building is smoke-free
Wage $10 to $13/hr depending on qualifications. Work hours 8 am to 5 pm M-F. Other benefits available after 90 days (single health/dental insurance, Cable TV/Internet, and more)

Bookkeeper - Accountant Assistant
Full Time
CSi is seeking an experienced full time Bookkeeper highly proficient with Quickbooks software to assist Sr. Accountant. Position is a fast track to take over primary bookkeeping responsibilities as Accountant prepares for retirement.
Responsibilities:
§ Full Cycle Bookkeeping for two operating companies.
§ Manage all aspects of A/R, A/P , Payroll, Federal-State-Municipal Reporting, oversee Billing
§ Accounts Payable including bills, credit card charges, and proper classification
§ Accounts Receivable: accurate posting and classification of the daily receivable transactions,
§ preparing deposit and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of each day’s transactions
§ Handle all payroll information and retirement program.
§ Assist President with Human Resources functions
§ Reconcile monthly credit card statements and transactions
§ ACH and bill printing supervision
§ General Ledger maintenance
§ Job Costing
§ Monthly financial reports for management
§ Quarterly reporting, prepare year end data for outside accountants
§ Perform other general office duties as needed
§ Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management
§ Filing
Requirements and Qualifications:
§ College graduate (BA or BS)
§ 4 Years experience in bookkeeping with academic background in finance, accounting or business management
§ Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel/Email/Internet)
§ Excellent skills in using QuickBooks software
§ Professional presentation and conduct
§ Must be responsible and self-managed
§ Must have excellent follow-up and tracking skills
§ Must be detail oriented
§ Management & human resource skills required
§ Reside in CSi Cable Jamestown service area
§ Enjoy television & Internet – strong general computer skills
§ 10 digit keypad proficient
§ Previous customer service experience a plus
§ Fast learner, multitasker, good communication skills.
§ Enjoy customer interaction, on phone and in-person
§ Office building is smoke-free
§ References and bondable
