Jamestown,ND (KCSi-T.V. News) -- Applications and donations are being sought, through August 17th by the Stutsman County, Disaster Recovery, Unmet Needs Committee.
Applications can be picked up at the Buffalo Valley Red Cross Chapter at Suite 213 at the Jamestown Business Center, at the Stutsman County Emergency Managers Office, in the basement of the Law Enforcement Center, and by contacting Debra Ball-Kilbourne at 252-2009.
Donations to the assistance fund are tax deductable by sending checks to the Jamestown Community Foundation at P.O. Box 372 in Jamestown, ND 58402, and noting the donation is for the Stutsman County Disaster Recovery Unmet Needs Committee. The goal is to raise 30-thousand dollars.
Before applying of assistance from the committee, to apply for assistance through FEMA, and the Small Business Administration and through any insurance policy. If needs are still unmet stemming from flood damage to homes and other buildings, apply for the additional funds.
